As a 24/7 emergency healthcare provider, Nova Ambulans operates with an on-site work model. Our teams work at the command center and in the field.
Emergency healthcare requires teams to be physically ready and coordinated. Saving our patients' lives is a process measured in seconds.
Paramedics, EMTs and doctors serve in ambulances. Service is provided 24/7 with a shift system.
Call center operators, coordination team, management and administrative units work at the Kadıköy central office. Emergency call management and all operational processes are coordinated from here.
Daily meal allowance provided.
Regular professional development training and certification programs.
Internal promotion opportunities and leadership development programs.
All work uniforms and personal protective equipment provided.
All personnel must complete mandatory vaccinations in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines.
Emergency healthcare personnel work in direct contact with patients. For the safety of our team and patients, we fully comply with the Turkish Ministry of Health's healthcare worker vaccination program.

In accordance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation, all personnel undergo annual periodic examinations:
