  • We operate with an ambulance service certificate and vehicle qualification certificates.
  • All our ambulances are Emergency Ambulance (red-stripe) class and meet Annex-1, Annex-2 technical/medical equipment requirements.
  • Our responsible manager, consultant physician, and call center structure comply with Articles 10, 14, and 15.
  • Every case is reported to SKKM via ASOS (Article 17).
  • Our ambulance personnel meet the minimum qualifications of Article 7: at least 3-person crew.
  • Vehicle markings comply with Article 8.
  • Our pricing is based on the Provincial Health Directorate Fee Commission decision (Article 27).

  • Patient personal data is processed in accordance with the General Directorate of Health Information Systems security policies (Regulation Article 23/4).
  • Data is processed only for legal purposes and shared with third parties only when required by legislation.
  • Records are kept for 5 years (Regulation Article 24).
  • Rights of patients and relatives under KVKK Article 11 (access, correction, deletion) are honored.
Personnel Qualifications and Training

Regulation Articles 7, 14, 15

  • Emergency Ambulances have at least 3-person crew: physician or paramedic or trained EMT + health personnel + driver.
  • All our health personnel have completed Ministry-mandated training (Article 7/4).
  • Periodic in-service training programs are regularly implemented (Article 14/2-ı).
  • ACLS, PHTLS, PALS certifications are held by our team.
  • Personnel work permits are issued by the Directorate.
Vehicle Standards and Registration

Regulation Articles 5, 8, 9

  • All our vehicles are Emergency Ambulance class: white body, red fluorescent stripe (Article 8/a).
  • TSE inspection certificate and Provincial Health Directorate qualification certificate are held (Article 9).
  • Vehicle tracking device, camera device package, and mobile device package are actively operating (Article 20/6).
  • Medical device maintenance, calibration, and inspections are performed regularly (Article 30/s).
Communication

  • Our call center uses an Istanbul area code phone number.
  • VHF/UHF radio system operates in coordination with SKKM.
  • ASOS mobile device integration is active in all ambulances.
  • Radio is always kept on from the start to the end of each mission.
Audits and Transparency

Regulation Article 26

  • Our ambulance service and vehicles are subject to regular audits at least 3 times per year.
  • Audits are conducted using Annex-10/A (service) and Annex-10/B (ambulance) forms.
  • We are tracked in real-time via ASOS and Ministry systems.
  • Monthly service report form (Annex-13) is regularly submitted to the Directorate.
