Ambulances and Emergency Health Vehicles and Ambulance Services Regulation
Full compliance with regulation OG-8/1/2025-32776 (amended: OG-24/6/2025-32936). We operate with ambulance service certificate, qualification certificates, responsible manager certificate, and personnel work permits. All cases are reported to SKKM via ASOS (Article 17). Subject to regular audits at least 3 times per year (Article 26).
KVKK and Patient Privacy
Patient personal data is protected under KVKK (Law No. 6698). Records are processed per General Directorate of Health Information Systems security policies (Regulation Article 23/4). All records are kept for 5 years (Article 24).
