Frequently asked questions on planning, crew selection, and on-site operations
Which medical team and equipment do you provide for events?
For events in Istanbul and nearby regions, depending on the type and risk level of your event, we can provide an ambulance, doctors, paramedics or EMTs, field medical kits, trauma sets and, when needed, AEDs, stretchers, scoop boards and oxygen stations. During planning we review your needs together and recommend the most suitable setup.
How early should we reserve?
For corporate events we recommend booking at least 7 days in advance, and for large-scale organisations around 14 days. Our operations team is available 24/7 and, for urgent requests, can usually activate an expedited process to allocate a crew within 24 hours when capacity is available.
Do you provide an on-site risk assessment?
Yes. Before the event we visit the venue, prepare a risk assessment report, evacuation plan and communication procedure. We deliver this documentation using our standard template and protocol number and share it with the organisers for approval.
Can we request additional medical staff or vehicles?
If needed, we can deploy more than one ambulance, motorised first-aid teams or set up a temporary infirmary. Once you share the expected attendance and schedule in the request form, we plan the required capacity together with you.
