- Carry out medical procedures for patients and injured persons in ambulances under team leader coordination, within the scope of authority and responsibilities.
- Maintain patient and injury records; simultaneously log all procedures and medical interventions in the ambulance case record form.
- Organize the patient handover process at the hospital and ensure all steps are recorded in the Emergency Health Automation System (ASOS).
- Wear the regulation uniform with your title, fluorescent strips, and company contact information during duty.
- Visibly carry the identification card approved by the responsible manager or administration during service delivery.
Qualifications
- Hold a formal qualification as a paramedic.
- Not be in intern/student status.
- Have active field experience in pre-hospital emergency medical services or the private ambulance sector.
- Be adaptable to heavy traffic and field conditions in Istanbul, maintaining composure during crises.
Ambulance Driver

Responsibilities and requirements
Responsibilities
- Drive the ambulance in emergencies and patient transports in compliance with traffic rules and patient safety, ensuring a smooth ride.
- Diligently follow daily periodic maintenance of our vehicle fleet and keep the ambulance fully ready for duty at all times.
- Coordinate with medical personnel during patient loading and transport, sharing responsibility for the transfer process.

Qualifications
- Hold an active and current driver's license appropriate for the ambulance class to be operated.

- Be proficient in the dynamics of panel van-type ambulance vehicles; have competence in mechanics and general vehicle management.
- Master advanced driving and ambulance driving techniques (ASTE) in Istanbul's heavy traffic conditions.
- Experience in airport apron transfers, VIP patient transports, or intercity operations is preferred.
- Maintain composure during crises and adapt to flexible working hours.
Call Dispatcher

We are looking for experienced team members to work at our call center where ambulance service calls are evaluated and ambulances are dispatched.
Responsibilities and requirements
Responsibilities
- Answer ambulance service calls and evaluate them with a careful approach.
- Analyze incoming calls based on service capacity, active personnel qualifications, and equipment status to make accept/reject decisions.
- When a service request is declined, provide callers with accurate and complete guidance on how their needs can be met.
- Under the coordination of the consulting physician, ensure the rapid dispatch of the appropriate ambulance and team to the case.
- Keep radios and mobile devices continuously open for communication during working hours; maintain instant communication with field teams.
- Wear the corporate regulation uniform with your title, fluorescent strips, and call center contact number during duty.
- Visibly carry the identification card approved by the responsible manager during service hours.
Qualifications
- Be adaptable to shift-based work schedules.
- Have field experience in call center operations, preferably in healthcare services, emergency coordination, or operations/logistics management.
- Be successful in crisis management with the ability to make fast and accurate decisions under stress; coordinate multiple simultaneous operations seamlessly.
- Have clear diction, effective phone communication skills, and strong persuasion ability.
- Think solution-oriented, empathize with patients and their relatives while maintaining the institution's service standards.
