Responsibilities
- Drive the ambulance in emergencies and patient transports in compliance with traffic rules and patient safety, ensuring a smooth ride.
- Diligently follow daily periodic maintenance of our vehicle fleet and keep the ambulance fully ready for duty at all times.
- Coordinate with medical personnel during patient loading and transport, sharing responsibility for the transfer process.
- Wear the regulation uniform with your title, fluorescent strips, and company contact information during duty.
- Always visibly carry the identification card approved by the responsible manager during service delivery.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Hold an active and current driver's license appropriate for the ambulance class to be operated.
- For healthcare personnel candidates: Preferably hold the title of EMT or Paramedic.
- For driver candidates: Hold a Ministry of Health-approved "Basic First Aid Training" certificate.
- Be proficient in the dynamics of panel van-type ambulance vehicles; have competence in mechanics and general vehicle management.
- Master advanced driving and ambulance driving techniques (ASTE) in Istanbul's heavy traffic conditions.
- Experience in airport apron transfers, VIP patient transports, or intercity operations is preferred.
- Maintain composure during crises and adapt to flexible working hours.
