Yes. We provide 24/7 private ambulance service in Istanbul and planned intercity patient transport between all provinces of Turkey.

112 is the free public emergency health service. Nova Ambulans is a paid private ambulance service that runs the same Emergency Ambulance class of vehicles with its own 24/7 call center. We serve both emergencies and planned transfers (hospital to home, home to appointment, between hospitals), and we agree the transfer time and plan with you.

The price depends on the type of service (emergency call-out, planned transfer, intercity or international transfer, event standby), the distance, whether a doctor accompanies the patient, and the patient’s condition. Private ambulance pricing

We accept credit or debit cards (a physical POS terminal in the ambulance or a remote virtual POS payment link), bank transfer/EFT and cash, and we work with organizations on invoice or on a current account. All services are invoiced.

This depends on your policy coverage and SGK's current regulations. Some private insurances may cover it in emergencies or if deemed necessary by a doctor. SGK typically covers inter-hospital transfers under certain conditions. We can issue an invoice for insurance submission upon request.

We have provided ambulance services since 2010. Since March 2022, more than 12,000 ambulance jobs and more than 10,500 patient transfers are recorded in our operations system. We have carried out jobs in 38 of Istanbul’s 39 districts, with transfers to or from more than 140 hospitals (ASOS institution records, since May 2024). At least 63 healthcare staff (paramedics/EMTs/AABT) are registered with us in ASOS (operations and ASOS records, rounded down; data as of October 23, 2026).

Yes. All 7 of our ambulances are Emergency Ambulances (ALS, ICU-equipped) as standard and comply with Ministry of Health regulations. A physician can join the crew on request.

Yes. We carry out planned intercity patient transfers between any two provinces of Türkiye. The transfer plan is prepared with you according to the patient’s condition and the distance between the two addresses.

Intercity patient transport

Yes, we provide fully equipped ambulances and medical teams for concerts, sports events, fairs, and all organizations.

All our ambulances are staffed by certified paramedics and EMTs. A doctor can accompany the transfer on request.

A red stripe indicates a fully equipped 'Emergency Ambulance' capable of responding to emergencies. A blue stripe indicates a 'Patient Transport Ambulance' used for transporting stable patients. Nova operates exclusively red-stripe Emergency Ambulances.

Per regulations, one family member can ride in the front cabin. Newborns, infants and small children can be carried in the mother’s arms.

During the call, inform our operator of the patient’s general condition, age, consciousness status, exact address, and a reachable phone number to speed up the process.

Stay calm and ensure your safety first. If the patient is unconscious and not breathing, start basic life support. Apply pressure to severe bleeding with a clean cloth. If no trauma is suspected, lay the patient on their side to keep the airway open.

We dispatch the case to our crew right away. In Istanbul emergency cases, our median arrival time is 8 minutes, and in 80% of cases we arrive within 15 minutes (1 January – 22 October 2026, n=287; measured from the moment the case is assigned to our crew in ASOS to arrival on scene, not from your call; data as of 23 October 2026). Arrival time still varies with location and traffic; when you call, we tell you the estimated time.
