Work Model: On-Site
As a 24/7 emergency healthcare provider, Nova Ambulans operates with an on-site work model. Our teams work at the command center and in the field.

2. Work Areas
Field Teams
Paramedics, EMTs and doctors serve in ambulances. Service is provided 24/7 with a shift system.
Command Center
Call center operators, coordination team, management and administrative units work at the Kadıköy central office. Emergency call management and all operational processes are coordinated from here.

4. Vaccination & Health Screening Policy
All personnel must complete mandatory vaccinations in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines.
Emergency healthcare personnel work in direct contact with patients. For the safety of our team and patients, we fully comply with the Turkish Ministry of Health's healthcare worker vaccination program.
4.1. Required Vaccinations

4.2. Policy Scope
- All field teams (paramedic, EMT, doctor, driver)
- Command center and call center employees
- Administrative office staff
- Interns and temporary staff
4.3. Periodic Health Screenings
In accordance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation, all personnel undergo annual periodic examinations:
- Annual general health screening and blood tests
- Infectious disease screenings (Hepatitis B/C, HIV, Tuberculosis)
- Chest X-ray and pulmonary function tests
- Vaccine antibody level checks
4.4. Additional Health Measures
- Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Disinfection of ambulances and equipment after every case
- Infectious disease protocols and isolation procedures
- Needlestick and biological exposure post-incident follow-up protocol
5. Compensation Policy
Employee location does not affect compensation. An equal pay policy is applied to all employees at the same position and seniority level.
