1. Introduction

Nova Ambulans Entegratör is a browser extension developed for Nova Ambulans staff. Its single purpose is to securely link the employee’s own authorized session to the company’s internal operations system. The extension adds no interface to the relevant portal and starts no action on its own.

3. What Data Does the Extension Access?

Only upon an explicit request from an authorized user via the Nova operations system, the extension reads the session/authentication cookie for the relevant corporate portal. It accesses no other data, page content, or patient information.

4. Use of Data

The session information read is sent only to Nova’s own server (operasyon.novaambulans.com) and used solely to maintain the relevant internal-system session. The extension stores no information on your device.

5. Transfer and Third Parties

Data is sent only to Nova Ambulans’ own server. It is not shared with, sold, or transferred to any third party, is not used for advertising, and is not used for creditworthiness or lending purposes.

6. Permissions

The extension requests only the minimum permissions required for its single purpose:

cookies — to read the relevant portal’s session cookie only upon request.
Relevant corporate portal access — to read that session.
operasyon.novaambulans.com access — to receive the request and send the session to Nova’s server.

7. Storage and Security

The session information transmitted is processed only transiently on Nova’s server and is removed from the database after it is written to the server file in Turkey. All communication is encrypted over HTTPS. The extension stores no data locally.
