Our prices are determined pursuant to Article 27 of the Ambulances and Emergency Health Vehicles Regulation, in accordance with the decision dated 25.02.2026, No. 01, of the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate Fee Determination Commission. Private ambulance fees in Istanbul are determined by distance, the patient’s clinical condition, required equipment, and operational details. We share the total amount directly by phone or WhatsApp.
How is the intercity ambulance fee calculated?
Intercity ambulance fees are calculated based on total distance, route planning, companion requirements, and medical equipment needs. Customers are shown only the estimated total amount.
Does private health insurance cover ambulance fees?
Ambulance coverage, prior authorization and reimbursement depend on your policy. Confirm the terms with your insurer before transport. Invoices and service documents can support a claim; reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Is there an extra charge at night or on weekends?
No, Nova Ambulans applies a flat-rate pricing policy 24/7. We do not charge extra at night, on weekends, or during public holidays.
Do you issue invoices after service?
Yes, all our services are invoiced. We can issue individual or corporate invoices. You can submit your invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Does SGK (Social Security) cover private ambulance fees?
SGK generally does not directly cover private ambulance services outside its own referral system. However, some private health insurance policies may cover emergency transport costs under their policy terms. We provide invoices and necessary documentation.
Is there a refund if I cancel after calling?
If our team has not yet departed, cancellation is free of charge. For cancellations made after the team has departed, a partial fee may apply based on the distance covered. Please call our customer service for details.

As of 2026, local private ambulance service in Istanbul starts at 4,000 TL excluding VAT and may increase up to 5,250 TL depending on operational details. This amount includes the first 30 minutes of waiting, physician and intervention service, and standard medication and consumables. Highway, bridge, tunnel and similar transport costs plus 10% VAT are billed separately. For intercity transport, the opening fee is 4,000 TL - 5,250 TL and the per-kilometer fee is 65 TL.
